Emily is our Senior Communications and Media Manager. Emily joined the organisation in 2018 as a Press Officer and is passionate about using communications as a force for good! Emily oversees the media team at the Living Wage Foundation.

Matt joined the Living Wage Foundation in April 2022 as communication officer. His role involves promoting the organisation’s work across all communications channels: social media, media outlets, website and internal communications channels.

Liberty joined the Living Wage Foundation in February 2024 as a Communication Officer. Her role involves promoting and celebrating the Living Wage Foundation’s work across a variety of channels, including social media, press outlets and the website.

Before joining the Living Wage Foundation, Liberty completed a Level 4 Public Relations and Communications Assistant Apprenticeship at Historic England, where she received a distinction. In her spare time Liberty enjoys boxing, baking and travelling.
